In October 2018 Stout Construction Inc. had the privilege of working with Eastland Inc. to remodel a 45,000 square foot retail space for Big Lots in
Bartlesville Oklahoma. The renovation included new electrical service, new HVAC units, all new lighting, flooring, bathrooms, offices, warehouse
stockrooms, and employee lounge. Included in this project were new exterior facade, new parking lot with site lighting, irrigation, and new landscaping. The improvements made as a result of this project have helped revitalize Eastland Mall and continue to give shoppers at the center a more enjoyable shopping experience.
