Stout Construction is excited about managing the build-out construction for Colaw Fitness in Arlington Texas. The build-out includes significant façade upgrades, addition of new locker rooms, tanning room, massage room, storefronts, reception area, breakroom, and new gym workout area. Although Arlington is out of our geographic comfort zone, Stout Construction was able to work with subs in that area to get the project within budget and stay ahead of schedule.
