STOUT Construction led the delivery of Eagle Village Apartments, a new 3,500-square-foot, two-story student housing facility serving Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Designed to support campus growth while maintaining compatibility with the surrounding neighborhood, the project delivers efficient, well-planned residential space tailored to student living.
The building is a wood-framed structure, providing multiple dwelling units with modern finishes and ADA-compliant accommodations. The layout emphasizes functionality, safety, and durability while meeting all applicable building, energy, and accessibility codes
Site development included demolition of existing improvements, utility coordination, grading, drainage, paving, sidewalks, fire lane access, and stormwater management. The project exceeded parking requirements, delivering 24 parking spaces to enhance accessibility and campus circulation while meeting City of Bartlesville standards
STOUT Construction worked closely with Keleher Architects and the full civil, structural, and MEP design team to coordinate construction sequencing, manage utility conflicts, and maintain safe access throughout the project. Special attention was given to ADA routes, fire department access, erosion control, and long-term maintainability of site infrastructure
