This project constructed for Tate Boys Tire is located in the Southern Hills district of Tulsa, OK. The 1 ½ acre site is at the intersection of 81st and Yale at the base of a 150’ tall hill. To cut the top of the hill, we made 1,910 trips with a dump truck- a truck every 15 min for 12 weeks. We constructed a wall to hold the hill above that is 700’ long and up to 26’ tall. The project included: a 8,950 SF building, (2) bay oil change facility with 30’x30’ pit below, (6) bay tire and mechanic with tire rack for 1,000 tires and 92,100 lbs of steel in the structure.
