This project was built in the Catoosa Hills Shopping District. They had acquired the land under the condition that all construction must be completed within 5 months. We were selected not on price, but on Tate Boys Tire and Service decided to build their 6th location in Catoosa Hills the expectation that Stout Construction would deliver the project on time.
The project had 10 bays, tire rack, oil changing pit, a large showroom with glass giving views of nearby Hard Rock Casino. As for the deadline, the project was completed in 4 1/2 months.
